Hard to Keep

Resolutions are hard to keep, y'know? So, far, by fudging JUST a little, I've managed to make mine for every day--but we're only a week into the year, and it's already looking grim...

Anyone out there who makes resolutions and keeps them? How do you make it work? I'm really interested....
